Literally "which hour?". The other, equally common form is Сколько сейчас времени?

IPA /ˈskolʲkə sʲɪjˈtɕas ˈvrʲemʲɪnʲɪ/

Сейча́с полови́на тре́тьего.

It's half past two.

IPA /sʲɪjˈtɕas pəlɐˈvʲinə ˈtrʲetʲəvə/

Say it siy-CHAHS puh-luh-VEE-nuh TRYEH-tyuh-vuh.

Literally "half of the third". Russian halves point forward to the next hour, so половина третьего is 2.30, never 3.30.

neutral time numbers
Listen in Russian: Slow in Russian: Сейчас половина третьего.

В три часа́.

At three o'clock.

IPA /f ˈtrʲi tɕɪˈsa/

Say it f TREE chuh-SAH.

Clock time uses в + accusative, and the numeral decides the noun: в три часа, в пять часов. The hour word is час, not время.

neutral time numbers

В кото́ром часу́?

At what time?

IPA /f kɐˈtorəm tɕɪˈsu/

Сего́дня понеде́льник.

Today is Monday.

IPA /sʲɪˈvodʲnʲə pənʲɪˈdʲelʲnʲɪk/

Today is the fifth of May.

IPA /sʲɪˈvodʲnʲə ˈpʲatəjə ˈmajə/

A date is an ordinal in the nominative neuter plus the month in the genitive: пятое мая, первое января. The month never takes a preposition.

У́тром, днём, ве́чером, но́чью.

In the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night.

IPA /ˈutrəm ˈdnʲom ˈvʲetɕɪrəm ˈnotɕjʊ/

Say it OO-trum, duh-NYOHM, VYEH-chih-rum, NOH-choo.

These four are frozen instrumental forms functioning as adverbs. English "in the morning" has no preposition in Russian at all.
